I understand that my registration payment reserves my spot but is not considered complete until I submit both the questionnaire and waiver. Furthermore, I acknowledge and agree that CFC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or revoke my participation. In such cases, my registration fee may be eligible for a full refund.

I understand that workshop fees are transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 30 days prior to the event, the fee is transferable to another CFC workshop of the same kind; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event and do not transfer, I will receive a $500 deposit returned; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then CFC reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I understand that I must arrive to the workshop by 4:45pm and no later than 6:30 pm on Thursday night or I forfeit my participation in the entire workshop and do not receive a refund or transfer.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.
